I made a wall-mounted paper dispenser

This is a full combo kit of the original paper dispenser. This product comes with (5) stainless steel mounting screws.

First of all, I need to explain why I decided to make this.

I don’t have the habit of writing down ideas, and before I know it, I forget them.
So I decided to make a large notepad where I could draw large pictures.
This is how it all started.

The design created in the video has been rebuilt and redesigned to use fewer parts.
It is also punched with precise machine control using cad, accurately bent by a large bender, and the finishing is all done carefully by hand by myself.

The paper rolls are cut by me to keep costs down. It is cut with a diablo crosscut blade with a high number of teeth, which allows for custom sized paper rolls.
If you would like spares, it is an option, so please indicate that in the remarks column.
We can send them in a package for an additional charge.

オリジナルのペーパーディスペンサーのフルコンボキットです。こちらの商品にはステンレスの取り付けネジ(5本)が付属しています。

私はアイデアを書き留める癖を持っておらず、いつの間にかそれらを忘れてしまいます。
したがって大きく描くことができる大判のメモ帳を作ることにしました。

ビデオ内で制作したデザインを再構築し、より少ないパーツで使用することができるようにリデザインしました。
また、cadを使用して正確な機械制御でパンチングされ、大きなベンダーによって正確に曲げており、仕上げは私自身が全て手作業で慎重に行っています。
背面(取り付けると見えなくなります。)には私のロゴが印刷されています。

使用する紙はコストを抑えるために私がカットしています。歯数の多いdiablo製のクロスカットブレードで切断しているため、カスタムサイズのロール紙が実現しました。
